Problem is though the England team is contracted to play at Wembley until 2017 (or 2018 can't remember). Now, I'm not sure who that contract is with because surely the FA run Wembley AND the England team so it must be a legal thing maybe required by the bankers that lent the money to the FA to re-build the stadium. Anyway, it seems it might be possible if this NFL franchise comes off which would be a sad indictment of English football when an American based team from another sport can fill Wembley 8 times a year but the England football team can't fill it for 5/6 games a year. Or maybe it's the fault of UEFA (and also FIFA) for allowing meaningless competitive games as part of qualifying for a tournament ? Whatever it is something is drastically wrong.
Last nights game was exactly why England SHOULDN'T play away from Wembley. Does the rest of the country REALLY have to have that shyte inflicted on them!!
Shame that Woy got the starting team totally wrong. It should have been 10 minimum. Not just the 5. Utterly useless England. Lambert and Townsend and Clyne should have started. Now now. Dont be shy. We all know it was you. Have seen the pictures.
