Only one Yorkshireman, and he's a South African!

No idea how Brook wasnt picked. He's just almost singlehandedly won us a county championship game. Looking at the spread of counties represented, I do suspect selectors may have done this purposely, to give the county game some credibility.

i suppose i shouldn't comment (spoiler alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), but that wasn't even close.

Could be a good game this one. Pakistan took 2 early wickets, then England knocked it about a bit, then 2 more quick wickets fell. 134/4 off 21 overs.

Pakistan on top. England 160/6, no first choice batsmen left and 20 overs still to go. :emoticon-0107-sweat:emoticon-0107-sweat

Gregory and Carse (I know, I had to look them up aswell...) have steadied the ship, 210/7 now, 10 overs to go.

Another good performance by England 2nd or maybe even 3rd stream of players. Mahmood looks really impressive and has a future at Test level once Anderson and Broad bow out. The strength in depth in white-ball is quite impressive.
