For me the pluses are Barkley and Ox. They need to be their chance at this WC. If they are good enough they are old enough

Ox is up and down for me, not sure what to do with him. Barkley is better than Rooney IMO

Ox's injury could be serious ligament damage so might not be in the reckoning anyway.

 

He looked like he f'd his knee up alright

 

He is too one dimensional for Van Gaal, and that one dimension got seriously depleted with his last bad injury.

 

Although limping when walking off he was still bending and straightening the knee in a normal way so may not be too bad.

 

But your most effective supply chain at times so it will be interesting to see how RvP Rooney and mata are mixed, utd playing narrow fwi be interesting

After watching last 2 England game, I made my mind up as to who should be England midfield and strikers.

Sterling or Barkley is a tough one.

 

Most effective every time when he only needed a ball`s width to get in a low, hard cross. Unfortunately for the last 18 months he has needed much more space to put in long high crosses which are of little use to the strikers we have.

 

Sterling to miss Honduras game for his red card, Valencia to miss all European competition.

 

Go for Big Andy.

 

You may be able to play both since The Ox is unsurprisingly injured again
