I think the media have to shoulder a significant amount of blame for some of England's problems on the pitch. Players seem afraid to think for themselves and be different, possibly through the fear of the media backlash. Players are built and knocked down, often by writers that can barely play the game at sunday league level. England an individual with flare, guile and pace that gives an unpredictable edge. As it stands, we're too regimented, and I feel part of that is down to players thinking it's not their fault if they're following orders.
