I think the only reason a permanent deal wasn't done in the first place, was because we couldn't agree terms with Millwall on a permanent deal for Simpson. Assem's comments earlier in the week suggested to me that a permanent deal for Waggy and an extended loan for Brady were the main priorities for January. And based on Waggy's interview on Blunderside ahead of the Cardiff game, I think he wants the deal to happen too.
dont go there. city got burned by his agent. its over and ayala is out injured for 3 months so maybe it all turned out for the better in the end.
Does anyone else find it pretty hilarious how Leicester fans go on about how we may not be able to afford certain players, when we're actually a richer club than them and just spend our money more wisely?
if waghorn signs, it will be for an 'undisclosed fee'. I would nt surprised if we hadnt already paid the first installment despite public announcements to the contrary. I know if i were leicester and i had a £3 million asset, i would want to mend him myself (unless of he isnt in fact a Leicester asset anymore of course)
