I don't watch England anymore, probably haven't done for many years. The last decent manager we had was Bobby Robson and Italia 90 holds great memories. That year demonstrated more than 66 that it is not about necessarily winning but putting in a memorable performance. And the quality of Robson leadership still lives on today in the coaching of a then very young Jose Mourinho and let's not forget Pep Guardiola even served under the late Robson...

In my lifetime of football i've only ever respected two managers and that is Robson and Brian Clough, the latter never been deemed good enough by the FA, probably because he was too outspoken <doh>
 
After much deliberation, i have come up with a certain mathematical equation that should answer one's question and be using this i decide the odds would be
