Lazarus had Jesus. Paterson had guts. Armstrong had comittment. England have..................... Well, you fill in the blanks.
 
The way the prem is with foreign players it's no surprise we aren't any good. Can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear springs to mind. As for Pearce - no way an intl manager. It's been a joke the last 4 years + with regards to the circus firstly with the appointment of a non-english speaking England coach (manager of England and can't or won't learn the language - must be the low pay) and then the continual trial of players. Fed up with the whole carry on!
