Think it's slightly harsh the #Hodgsonout is trending on twitter. We'll have to wait whether he made right decisions or not. I heard Zamora was in yesterday, that's why I posted a strong comment about England last night. Also think that the Richards omission is strange, Micah Richards first started as a centre half, and been key part of defence who have conceded the least this season. Rather Phil Jones to Glen Johnson. I think the Liverpool players in there is weird too, Downing, Johnson and Carroll do not deserve place, and god knows why Henderson is on standby when Carrick isn't in team. Starting line up from squad would be: ---------------Hart --Jones--Lescott--Terry--Cole -----------Barry---Parker ---Walcott---Gerrard---Young -------------Welbeck Bootcleaner: Downing & Johnson I think Oxlade Chamberlain is a good decision, exciting player who can flip a game. I like Milner too so another good desicion. Gone with Welbeck because I think he probably offers more than Defoe and Carroll personally.
maybe if guru and yorkie read this article, they'll realise why we're all feeling a little bit aggrieved today, despite the wonderful news about ruddy. http://norwichcity.myfootballwriter...lt-misses-out-on-the-unibond-to-the-ukraine/?
In picking Stewart Downing, Hodgson is sticking with the principle that form is temporary, crushing mediocrity is permanent.
not biased at all is it! get over it for christ sake, he isn't going! the only rightful person from your squad who could actually build a squad place for a few years to come has been selected. Be happy for him!
Just a bit! Any Englishman writing that isn't fit to wear a shirt bearing the three lions. Whilst I wouldn't have picked exactly the same squad as Hodgson, the fact is most of us probably wouldn't disagree with more than three or four of his selections. That difference of opinion will always occur when it comes to an Englanad squad. He'll inevitably get a bashing for it though, it's typical England isn't it?
you really are a dickhead guru, aren't you of course its biased FFS! its a norwich fans view, thats why i posted it because its relevant to how we are all feeling. if you can't get a grip of what i'm saying then how can you survive this life?
I am personally livid there is no Luke Hyam in the England team. We should be building for the future, but mark my words, one day that lad will play for England!
and where is jimmy bullard? oh, its alright, i've found him. he's in the pub to be fair, one day, luke hyam might even play for ipswich!!
you really are a bit tetchy today supers, I know you must be pissed off that golden boy didn't make the grade. But why always look on the negative side, be positive that Ruddy got the nod and you can't use the excuse about norwich players don't get picked anymore because Ruddy's involvement obviously disproves this theory!
i've told you and the world, i'm pissed off because stewart downing has been called up! i never expected holt to get the call, no matter how much he deserved it. i was hoping ruddy would and i'm delighted he finally has made the breakthrough, but for the love of god, why stewart downing???
Well, atleast there's no Zamora but my god are there some useless donkys in there. Well done to ruddy though, well deserved.
Guru - I feel sorry for the people you work with! All you do is repeat the same bit of mis-information over and over ad nauseum!
Will you all stop droaning on about Greek debt and the state of our roads, it's overshadowing John Ruddy's call up! Oh, you're not. Sorry about that.
I'm really glad you guys have taken notice of Luke Hyam, but i can't remember a clamour for him to play for England! But obviously Luke Hyam will have more chance of playing for England than Golden boy!
There speaks the man who was watching are scores so avidly that he came to tell us we were 2-0 down to hull, only then to realise we had just equalised. Oh the memories of the epic fail!
that was yorkie i think, claiming hyam will be an england regular for many years to come. he's got a chance at ipswich, lets be fair, but england? unlikely
England C - when he leaves your shower of **** and joins a non-league team because your joke of a club ruined him as a player.
