Special mention to Kyle Walker who is one of the worst defenders England have ever had. Emphasis on the word defender. If Woy was so keen to play him then he should have stuck him on the wing. What a shambles. Hilarious and very fitting at the minute. Woy should become PM!
Clutching at straws aren't you a bit Fosse I've already said I got it wrong about Kane, but that only proves they were EVEN WORSE than I thought lol. But the point remains, they were out of their depth, and on that I do feel totally vindicated. They certainly weren't "taking the piss out of some of Europe's best" and I certainly didn't see "every defence troubled by our pace". You're not going to start taking this all personally again are you? It was never about Vardy fella, it's about England and our delusions of grandeur. Individually, technically and as a collective unit, we're brittle, one dimensional and inferior to most teams.
The Italians seem to be doing it quite well tbf. I think that wasn't the problem for us, at least the FBs were playing in their natural positions. The difference is the rest of Italian side are totally honed in on the position they are playing, the system they are playing, and collectively the responsibility of each other.
