Do you have a stat that shows how much more attention your back four gets compared to Everton's (Jagielka), Chelsea's (Cahill) and United's (Smalling and Jones)? Because a defence that is being tested a lot is obviously going to get stats like that. E.g. Hull concede 10 crosses into their box in a game vs Everton. Davies clears 3 of these. Everton concede 2 crosses into their box in a game vs Hull. Jagielka clears 1 of them. See where i'm coming from? Those stats are misleading. The better sides have the ball in the opposing half more often and thus their defence is less tested.
The stats are misleading, they're obviously the stats that are going to make Davies look better in some way.
