    My (biased) opinion is that Bairstowe is the better cricketer.

    Which was not evident in the match. Good win for England though, with Root once again showing his class in all forms of the game.

    As everyone has said (numerous times) including both team captains, the entire series was incredibly tight throughout and was played in a fantastic spirit. Congrats to England for winning the T20 and ODI series - but credit to the game of cricket for producing such a riveting series between two evenly matched sides <ok>

    I imagine normal (snarling, sledging) service will be resumed next time the boys step out, but what a lift to confidence in all 3 formats that Kiwi tour was. Splendid stuff.

    Aussies will be a step up,but the new found
    confidence in the shorter game will hopefully
    inspire the Test team.
    Can't wait for 8 July.
