I think it is just the men's senior team. If it wasn't, the women would be dominating it for certain. My vote would've gone to Barkley or Kane. It probably would've been Wilshere had he not missed the second half of the year, during the first half he was ace and that performance against Slovenia in June when he scored those two belters was superb.
Rooney scored five, one of which broke the all time record, he's also the captain in a side that won every competitive game it took part in. Fully deserved.
