Brighton goal came from a corner on Christie's side - I must be psychic to have posted about those weaknesses in the first half. Somebody buy me a medal? Wonder what psychological effect that'll have on Derby - conceding against ten men late, late on.
I expect Derby to win next week but now we need a draw or win against Rotherham for the home second leg. Last kick of the game as well, it makes it annoying we didn't get a draw against Bolton
Probably quite similar to that which affects a side beaten by the league's bottom club immediately prior to the playoffs.
so sorry. but that doesnt give the right of fannies to abuse me plus, this is a forum. who cares? get a life - for ****s sake. OH I gettit! cos Im not in the AA out brigade.
Except most of the players that start the playoff for us won't have played in that Bolton game. 6-7 chances was it? Largely the cup side.
They've got another game on Saturday so it will be out of their system by the time they play us. Win on Saturday and we go to the IPRO first - good thing / bad thing? Not convinced either way. That goal will boost Brighton's confidence for Saturday and I can see them winning at Boro. Burnley definitely up now.
It saddens me, seeing Brighton and Burnley fans, that we aren't involved in this race. Such excitement at both stadiums. Compare that with the atmosphere at ours haha.
Not true. If they draw then lose next week and Boro/Brighton draw next week - Burnley will finish third.
We're still in the promotion shake up....just not automatic. As for atmosphere, ultimately all you can do is "Be the change you want to see"
Who does Dyche think he is, playing 4-4-2 with 2 genuine strikers like some bobby big bollocks. If he was a proper manager he'd be playing a midfielder off Gray.
I think joey Barton was a good signing aswell, I know he's not everyone's cup of tea but he's good at this level and isn't scared to dish out a bollocking if someone's not pulling their weight, just what we lack since ashbee
