I always wondered how many people went home with the wrong cap after throwing them in the air when a goal was scored.
****ing hell Henderson. Why did Klopp have to join Liverpool? I really like him and want him to do well, but he's at a club I want to see crash and burn.
I think he's a great asset for the PL. I'm glad somebody brought him to the PL as his goal celebrations and passion for the game at Borussia were great viewing.
Agreed, just wish he was at a club which I'm not bothered about getting success that much, like Spurs or Man City. He's so likable. He's my fave manger (outside of our Phelan, of course).
Strange signing for Chelsea bringing back Luiz. He's not strong enough defensively for the PL and he's always got a mistake in him.
As Liverpool have played a disproportionate amount of away games due to completion of work at Anfield, they have to be serious contenders now. A very impressive performance.
Always felt he would be an ace midfielder. Never got why people haven't tried him there. I think this team is better than the one that nearly won the league a couple of seasons ago until Gerrard slipped, and that one had Suarez in it.
Maybe. Apart from the Phil Collins bit. Also they are both less ****ish than their rivals. Particularly Man City, who I don't mind at all.
I know that no two games are alike and that every team can have a great day or an off day... BUT.... City have to take great confidence from Liverpools performance .... how the hell did they lose 2 zip at Burnley!!!!!
I don't mind Man City either. I went to Uni with 4 Man City fans, that's at a time when Man City were pretty hopeless too. They were a decent bunch. I also have quite a few clients in Manchester and they are predominantly Man City fans.
He's like one of the gang. Great move on to the pitch at the end, hugging and congratulating his players.
He does that every game I think, I think he's great value. Much better than Jose at his peak, Jose is a bit dour now. I do like the characters in the PL - Phelan comes across as quite a character.
I live in Manchester and a lot of the long-time 'City' fans I've met, struggle to care as much these days.
I'm kind of not surprised, being a **** team at times is ****ing great. That club has changed so much so quickly it would take so much getting used to properly after years and years of rubbish.
Carragher is making some really good points, he said he felt from pre match comments by Chelsea players that they were more pre occupied with Liverpool than focusing on their own game. I felt at times he could have substituted Chelsea for Hull at times under Bruce, when the emphasis was more on the opposition than ourselves.
I agree, I preferred away days at some of the division 3 and division 4 grounds. I've been pretty lucky in my opinion to visit quite a few.
