The young lads will love being involved with the first team, even without game time. If nothing else it shows they are in the gaffers thoughts.
All these things should help us retain our talent, been great to see Embo and Neil establish themselves and that’s another great incentive to the young lads to remain.

They rate the lad and he has that bit of time on his side with only being 18. Scope for a loan if the right opportunity comes up but is getting experience being around the squad for now.
I also like that we've pre-empted it if he does develop with the three year deal.
