See from SSN that Chopra got a couple - another ex-Orn but we only had him on loan from Newcastle in '03. He got what I think is the last WFC hat-trick, with 4 in a 7-4 away win at Burnley. Wouldn't mind a repeat result in 3 and a half weeks, especially given our lousy record at Burnley.

Maybe we should do a thread of current v ex-hornets thread on how well they are doing... or is that just sad??

Whenever me and my house mate (a Saints fan) watch the scores coming through, we always point out our ex players....

That is pretty much the idea, Priskin has failed to do much since we payed way over the odds for him but i am hoping that Ellington justifies the transfer fee.

I do seem to remember that when he first joined us, TP was a fairly prolific scorer in pre-season friendlies.

All stopped when the real thing started though

TP is far more likely to score than Ellington, but he's also far more likely to be caught offside, and far more likely to dive...he was amazing at winning unjustified free kicks!
