How much did the farce of a grooming gang inquiry get?

BBC Verify have a linguistic expert on hand to clarify that threatening to behead someone has a completely different meaning in some cultures.

For once there’s been the right sort of reaction from academia in general. The other students are clearly bored of these larpers. Expulsion should be a given but probably isn’t and the ringleaders should be facing criminal charges.

Labour getting only 11% in a seat they've never lost says it all about how popular the current government are.

So Reform never won due to tactical voting in Wales. This is how I would see it play out at a General Election, as I've previously said I genuinly cannot see Farage being elected in to number 10.

Not sure if I'm right but I believe this is the first time Labour have lost that seat since taking it 26 years ago. It's not even what I'd recognise as a migrant area.

Labour need to take this warning shot, but sadly in the upcoming budget in November I'm not sure that they will, and Keir and Reeves will just plod on stubbornly pissing on even more poor people, just like the Tories did.

The elected candidate said I'm a council house boy. Probably why he connected with the people, rather than all these millionaires. Not looked him up mind.

Caerphilly is a left stronghold, Reform getting so close to Plaid is remarkable.

Reform will do very well in the Senedd elections.

For context, the Tories never achieved over 10k votes in that constituency, Reform storm in with 12k in their first attempt. It's really impressive.

Badenoch jumping up and down over this prisoner release, she's got some ****ing front considering they left us in this mess.

Lucy Powell new deputy leader of the Labour Party, I believe she was removed from the cabinet by Keir in his reshuffle, but he will now have to work alongside her. I think she is believed to be more left of the party, which should be interesting once the November budget is revealed - I think she will tow the party line in the same way she did over the winter fuel allowance, but I think her Labour values will be stronger and could cause Starmer some uncomfortable moments, more so behind the scenes. The PM said he's delighted, but from what I saw I felt he didn't look at ease. Phillipson was the leaders choice.
