How are Labour doing after their first 12 months

I'd imagine because the role advertised comes under the dwps umbrella.

He's wondering why there's sharia law administrator role being advertised when sharia law isn't supposed to be a thing here in the UK, as people here have told me many many times.

It's not a job within the DWP though, you have to remember that the DWP is like the old Job Centre.

You'd go to the Job Centre and there would be jobs advertised for everything from Car mechanics, to Shop staff to Care workers

All of those jobs are with outside employers or agencies, they aren't jobs within the Job Centre organisaiton.

The point you were making was that Sharia law was going to be introduced to UK law, which it isn't

There are Sharia council which operate as dispute resolution agencies within Muslim communities, but they are still subject to the UK legal system.

It isn't a job within the DWP, it's a job within a Manchester Islamic families charity.
I've never once said I thought sharia law would be introduced Into UK law only that it operates outsides of UK law.

Which it clearly does if they're advertising roles for it.

No need to apologise

You're right there is no need to apologise <laugh>

You literally just said 'I remember that time pinkie laughed at me saying sharia law will never come to England.'

So you either knew it already existed within Sharia Councils, which was the conversation we had at the time, or you thought the DWP were recruiting a Sharia law administrator to work for a Govt body.

DWP/JCP will advertise all jobs that are legal etc .
Sharia rulings are used to deal with disputes in the Muslim community but have no legal basis .

ffs Sucky <laugh>

This has already been explained to you. When you brought it up last time it was explained that it's not UK law, it's resolution based on Islamic principles within Sharia Councils.

Oh I knew it already existed, it's you who tired to say it was Onky the shsrsi councils in operation, well what do you think they are for ffs? To implement sharia law.

Which is the point I tried to make ages ago to you who insisted it was Only sharia councils not sharia law.

Which was nieve on your part like I said at the time.

DWP jobs are also listed though not necessarily all as many vacancies are filled internally .

You're getting hung up on this word 'law'

This is all **** we all know already.

Like I said before I posted this cos pinkie has told me over and over again sharia law doesn't exist in the UK.

Well it does

Yep, the broader principle being that the DWP advertise jobs across the whole of the public and private sector.

We've already had this conversation bro <laugh>

You got told the last time too.

And I've posted at least 2 clipsin this thread of UK based sharia "council" elders telling people it's OK to marry 12 Yr olds as long as the 12yr old is adopted by the man's family and live in the home with them.

We know mate.

Sharia law does exist in the UK in regards as a source for guidance, which is legal. It has no legal jurisdiction though. Just explaining bro, not having a go btw. It's been well documented the guided side of it. Probably no difference to me having a Christian gathering at the pub on a Sunday...I can talk ballshit in the pub to, no one will stop me from doing so, unless I piss someone off by spilling my beer on them, which I wouldn't, no sane person wastes beer...unlike the dickheads at football zones. Forgot what we was talking about now....you having a good day bro?
