Not old enough to drink alcohol, play the lottery or have a bet, but old enough to understand politics in the UK lol
If anything it should have been moved up to 21.
It really don't bother me about the voting age, to be fair I was going in pubs at 16, and I never got stopped, just had to keep my head down if the old bill turned up. I was paying tax at 16. The only thing negative I can think of is it will leave 16-17 years old open to manipulation on social media, as I suspect they are the bigger users within any modified voting age, and kids like doing things in packs lol, they will not be so independent in thought like you and me, but maybe I'm not being fair to them and things will play out totally differently. As it stands though I think Labour are not going to get the outcome they think they will get by this change, and it could well completely blow up in their face.
