Depends if malice includes the targettting of children's minds for the sole purpose of replacing Christian culture for Muslim culture.

Forcing young women to wear what allah thinks is appropriate.

Will make sharia law a lot more easier to implement in the future then.

Pretty sure Easter is still happening and this is the first I’ve heard of the hijab thing eight years ago.

Probably an overzealous teacher that hasn't thought this through and is probably now regretting his or her action, with all the attention it's getting.

Does it bother me, no, because I think someone just made a mistake they are not likely to make again.
