I can't be sure but I think he meant to provoke a violent reaction from followers of the religion of peace. Maybe to highlight how unpeaceful they can be.I see absolutely nothing wrong with what he was doing (unlike the guy burning the Quran). Besides walking down the middle of the road of course... That was a little twattish of him. His message was fine though. Defiant but not in the least bit hateful (at least in the parts uploaded). I disagree with Israels occupation of Palestine, but this guy was protesting and making his word heard in a positive constructive way that wasn't hurting anyone.
