How are Labour doing after their first 12 months

It wasn't an assasination attempt it wasn't even a bullet is my guess, more media and twitter bolloxs.

Yeah, Hislop himself has issued a denial. Still, I'm hoping he starts the first episode of the new series with a bandage on his ear. :bandit:

You’re talking like if Starmer gets rid of the grasses, they’ll be able to crack on and do a better job. My question is, what good is that when it’s Starmer and the people surrounding him that have sent the economy backwards with their decisions and how they’ve delivered it to the world?

They're not "grasses" they're people that just hate a centrist Labour. It's been the case since the ****ing 90s.

If the economy improved over the next 5 years, no one will give a **** what happened in the first months of his Prime Ministership apart from mouth breathing Tory loyalists like Diego and Duggie.

If they leave their first term with income and cost of living better than when they entered, they'll probably be alright.

Hislop target of an Israeli assassination attempt and they couldn't even pop him with a bullet while he was sat in a taxi.

Alright Twitter, lol. <laugh>

Many years ago I had a window pop on my car. I was crossing the M2 Rochester bridge at the time, it was the nearside glass, no one on the inside of me, no pedestrians on the bridge (you wouldn't expect to see any)...suddenly there was a strong breeze coming in the car, said bridge/viaduct, nearest bridge in the picture is purely for the highspeed line...

I could sue you for defamation of character you ignorant little tosspot, if you cannot understand the difference between hating Labour because I survived three previous ****house labour governments who started off ok but then descended into what this shower have started off as and being a Tory then I should probably feel sorry for you for your basic lack of intelligence

I have always voted Lib/Lib Dem and they do a great job in my local council, I was delighted when then got in to the coalition BUT the problem was in the Election Campaign they made promises that they knew they could never keep because they knew they would not be in actual power and they suffered badly for that

My problem with them now tho is Ed(die the eagle) Davey who is a bigger clown than Boris could ever be AND he had the perfect opportunity to start resolving the Post Office managers crisis but he turned down the chance to investigate or even talk to the people who had been shafted by the Post Office, he should be in the dock for that and the Lib Dems need a proper leader in future

But I still voted for them because I will never ever vote for a Labour Government after Blair and Brown and now even worse the current bunch of two faced grifters

I can remember in the seventies cars were fitted with Zonal Safety Glass which was meant to be safer because it shattered into tiny pieces that held together and if you went into one was supposed to be less dangerous

Trouble was they used to burst when you were doing seventy on the Motorway and apart from nearly getting a heart attack you had to punch a hole through to see where you were going

A work colleague said that if you went onto the hard shoulder and did an emergency stop the gas would fly out over the bonnet, after the third time I thought why not, pulled over into the hard shoulder did the emergency stop and the glass blew out into an huge bubble, held for a second and then burst back into the car showering me and my passenger with millions of tiny pieces of glass that got everywhere, needless to say I was not impressed with my work colleague
