I think shooting them in the water is more humane and cheaper tbh
I do tend to find the topic of a solution quite interesting, because I can't think of anywhere in the world that a specific practise has been deemed as successful, after all the UK is not the only country that has this problem.
I heard a lot of complaints when old army barracks were used, which I felt location wise were ideal as they mainly centered around the coast ie Dover, Deal, Folkestone, Lydd and any I've forgotten.
However, there was a lot of complaints especially from human rights activists, but there's a twist to this tale in that when migrants were actually gauged on opinion, they said they would rather be housed in barracks than hotels dotted all over the country.
There was talk of upgrading the barracks, conditions way better than the Tories subjected the refugees to. I'm thinking serious upgrades here, like mini villages.
Logistically it makes sense, we seem to be wasting money down every drain possible on this problem, where's that money could have been used to create serious upgrades to barracks that are no longer used by the military.
I suppose you could turn them into areas that have shops and health facilities in the grounds....but then people will argue now we are encouraging them over!
Sorry I'll shut up and go away now, ridiculous idea.

I'm chatting proper solutions mate, with real investment, one that gives them opportunity as a first step to proper integration, rather than keep throwing money at temporary ideas that don't work. Not ideas that come from a third world country, tents ffs.
