I've seen a few of the Keir Starmer interviews recently with world leaders, EU, NATO - I like the way he conducts himself and the way he bats away **** stirring media questions over America and EU Tariffs around Donald Trump, he don't let himself get dragged into these ridiculous squabbles nor does he go about bad mouthing people.

It should be a red rag to me some might think over Brussels, but for me his choice of words makes a lot of difference and is so refreshing. Yeah he's got his critics within domestic politics, but for now he's playing being a leader that is earning respect with our nearest neighbours and with our allies further afield...he gets a lot of praise from me for that...

Hopefully his mannerisms will keep Trump from paying too much attention to the UK and he'll leave us in peace. As for Europe I'll go with the flow as long as Starmer continues to chose his words carefully, and keep his ministers inline with theirs, which he's doing superbly at the mo....and in the longer term that will benefit the economics of this country.

Our trade deficit with the States is zilch so it's not our problem, in a way Starmer has the best of both worlds by being between the two federal systems...

Not a banker!!!!!!!!

I actually lived in South Oxhey as a kid, and went to Hampden Secondary Mod School, the toughest school in the roughest council estate in Hertfordshire, it was useful from mid-teens to late twenties tho because in those days if anyone knew you were from South Oxhey and went to Hampden, no-one ever bothered you

Before South Oxhey we were in Burnt Oak near Edgware but my dad got a promotion to Watford and we got moved to the POSH part of South Oxhey when I was about nine years old

The thing about South Oxhey then was although we were all in separate gangs depending where we lived if there was an outside threat all the gangs united, your enemy is my enemy, which was where the overall reputation came from, the police never ever patrolled on their own either always safety in numbers

Obviously not native Hertfordshire... but Cheshunt probably the grimest place I've seen / worked in, whilst in the region ... <laugh>

Good luck with that man. What are you getting done ?
Had this done. Hurt like ****, it should have been two sessions tbh. Not being a fanny but I nearly passed out with the pain at one point. Left me car there and had to get the train back, every time he went over the scars the pain was incredible. I struggled with it big time.

When Elon terminates your bird via some remote AI robot for having the wrong shade of skin you'll probs reconsider.

That won't make any difference if Muskolini sets his AI kill bot to a shade of beige mate.
I'm really looking forward to Trump invading and saving us from the absolute **** we have to put up with. thats the dream

Trump's comments regarding the UK and Starmer are surprisingly positive.

I think it's hard to deny that when it comes to the US election Labour played it right, they knew to keep schtum about it just in case Trump won. Then keep way away from any bickering.

It's this approach that I think will help us avoid any tariffs

Labour didn't "send" anyone over, that would hint that they gave people orders - which they didn't.

Councillors are allowed to say whatever they like, I don't consider Nigel Farage to be a fascist just because some Reform councillors have called him one.

So Labour members didn't go over to America to badmouth Trump and campaign for kamala?

You said Labour kept schtum.

Yet you akknowledge that members of Labour have and still are badmouthing trump

So what is it.
Schtum or not?

You're a ****ing imbecile <laugh>

Labour Party didn't send anyone over, misleading language 101 from Sucky. Labour members are allowed to do whatever they want, it's a free country, but the Labour Party didn't "send" people over to do anything - you're misleading people.

Labour Party kept schtum yes.

Look at the Liberal Democrats and look at Labour. You will see a big difference re Trump

Trump's a massive orange lunatic whose brains are made of candyfloss and ketamine.

I voted Labour, but Labour didn't say that, I did. Because it's true, obviously, and because I can.

but labour members were over seas interfering with the US election and they continue to bad mouth him in the public eye.

And I'm the imbecile <laugh>

Do you know what keeping ****ing schtum means <laugh>

The USA has a trade surplus with the UK. That’s the reason we are being kept out of and won’t need to suffer any tariffs with our trade deals. Regardless of who our government was that would always be the case while it’s like this.
