No matter what we think of him, in the good old US of A he is truly the Messiah and Biden is a weak feeble old man who doesn't even know where he is or why

At least there they can vote him out in four years whereas here we have to was it at least five years UNLESS Starmers huge majority allows him to change elections to ensure he stays in power until he dies (or is taken out)
That is my worry, a Labour Government with just a working majority could well have been good for us but have we elected an uncontrollable monster

Blimey duggie, did you type this after a skin full.

Firstly don’t believe everything you see from the mainly right wing media in the US. Trump has never won the popular vote and whilst he does have a cult like following, most Americans would prefer someone other than Trump. Biden’s issue is that time is quickly catching up with him, however weak and feeble he’s not. Again, Trump has made as many “guffs” as Biden but it won’t get reported by the right wing media. Trumps speech at this weeks RNC convention, where he was formally nominated as the republican presidential candidate, was as bad as anything Biden ever has done.
If Trump gets back in, watch a **** show of the highest order over the next 4 years and probably beyond, because if any country is going to change voting to allow someone (namely Trump) to remain in power, it will be the US.

I know your don’t like Labour, but bloody hell they’ve only been in power a few weeks. Are you seriously trying to suggest that the Tories have been good for Britain over the last few years. I’m not a Starmer fan and didn’t vote this time round, but give the guy a chance.

At the moment Starmer has got me onside, why, because I feel he is trying to build bridges, and these bridges are important to me. He's certainly not the best conversationist in the world, but he makes the effort to overcome his own characteristic boundaries.

What he does bring to the table is a sense of calm in politics, hallelujah, in the house of commons, outside of the commons with MP's, including opposition MP's, along with members of the EU and other world leaders.

There at times seems a bit of awkwardness, especially with the media eye constantly on him, but he needs to give it time for the likes of Macron & Co to get to know him, to trust him - in the meantime he needs just to keep smiling and making himself known.

Brexit brought about a divide, remainers and leavers, he tries his utmost to avoid any conversation on the word 'brexit' - a very sensible move imho, and that is from someone who will never support a rejoining of the EU until the day I die - but what I will support is rational conversation and that benefits everyone on both sides of the fence.

Some will have me believe that's all they've ever wanted, I don't believe them, never will, but me, I'm happy for a market that does not include conditions that wouldn't be accepted for any other monopoly, nothing should be a closed shop, so I will always have a certain amount of distrust, but I can bite the bullet and keep listening to rational and constructive conversation.

Keir is not to blame for the Leeds RIOTS, Keir is not to blame for the recent migrant deaths in the channel and landings. He seems like he means well, so I'm happy to give him a chance, along at the same time of laughing along with you, when you menshy him for stuff, because that's how this place ticks.

He's like a club football manager to me in regards of contract, these are the goals, you got two years to achieve x y z....or in the case of a Prime Minister, the next 4-5 years...

At the moment I'm merely an observer, I don't expect to be top, but expectation at a minimum is play-offs along with a stable team pulling together as one. <whistle>

Inevitable once the major campaign funders threatened to withhold ...

Bad news for the Republicans in more than one way - if the Democrats are canny and back Kamala Harris, thousands of black voters that might not have bothered are likely to then vote...

SKY News have been non stop reporting on the bids against Biden, and also completely focusing on the Trump campaign.

I think the little covid bout did Joe a favour, better off out of it, let someone younger deal with this shhite. Go put your feet up Joe and enjoy a holiday, I'm sure the great US of A and the world can wait four months for your replacement.

Pleased for the fella tbph, even if he don't see it now.

Kamala Harris can step up now, I've got no issues with her, but then don't know much about her, I'm sure we are about to learn all about her though, over the coming months by the time the media have finished.

999/1 for Biden now so this is the time to back.

Dems quite heavily odds-on to win the vote share. Probably not the worst bet for them to win overall but I know **** all about it.
