I like Plantation rums: good price point better value than Appletons imo. The Philippino one Don Papa is really good too: bit pricier
Yep beautiful eh. Not overly expensive at around £40 a bottle either. Considering the quality. I get the Reserva, but you can get the Ambassador but it's around £180 per bottle.
I've gone for this... please log in to view this image I considered the Diplomatico but this one seemed to be rated higher.
Yeah I've seen that it's rated a good rum I went for the above as it seemed to have a better rating overall and the bottle looks nice.
Nice up! I've never tried the aged one. Got a bottle of the Trinidad one at home and some overproof W&N!!!
I've tried that and it's ****ing vile, I don't get the overproof stuff the smell is bad enough and the taste is not good.
Have you tried the Ron Zacapa? That was the first good rum I tried, very nice I'm hoping this Plantation rum is even better.
I was on a night out and had a double of that stuff in a Crabbies which is 5% in itself, ****ing wobbled.
I think it's down to continuing rises in business rates increasing overheads .... towers don't get any form of dispensation ... even on the grounds of ethnicity ... personally, I blame the Tories
