I hate the fact that the two biggest and best football teams in the world have to always resort to immature play acting and blatant fouls every time they play each other though.

ffs, £7.5 million, hardly earth shattering for the clubs most expensive transfer in what 4/5 years. Be interesting to see how you cope when van Persie leaves, a club of stature would surely be able to stomach that loss

No, you have been a top side, i remember the late 90's when you were better than us, but i'm just trying to illustrate a point. I've made it clear numerous times that i like newcastle, i'm just making a statement.

As long as we get 40 million for him, i'll be happy. No issue with him leaving, a player of his ability deserves to win trophies, and we won't win a trophy until Wenger has left/been forced out.

Hiddink is a great manager, but Wenger is the best on the planet.

Wenger leaves and you will finish mid table. All Wenger needs is David Dein, someone who knows how to negotiate with a player.

Wenger would probably have got you Mata in the summer if your negotiators knew what they were doing.

Wenger was the greatest. Now he's like Clough in his later years, going barmy, and refusing to change his system despite it not working anymore.

Bit ott that, but I do think Wenger is the best manager for Arsenal and I agree with the rest.

Yeah, i wouldn't want Mourinho anyway. I know he brings success, but he always demands a huge budget for a short spell of success, then the team falls downhill. Look at Chelsea and Inter, both have become mediocre now.

Apparently Wenger called a meeting with his scouts asking why they had not signed Cabaye and they replied that they had presumed he would go to Real Madrid or Barcelona. ;)
