I believe he was the "number 1 forward target". I don't believe he's The number 1 target. As for the rest of it, a deal was agreed in Jan. Or are you disputing this? He backed out of that deal at the last minute as he didn't want to move mid-season. Or are you disputing that? The club have stayed in contact with both Reims and the player. Or are you disputing that? He still hasn't signed and hasn't committed and hasn't said no. Or are you disputing that? Is it all his fault? Probably not. By all accounts it's been his agent who has a total of 2 clients on his books. This bit is according to reports. Did Keith Downie say Number 1 target or Number 1 forward target? I know the answer and haven't misquoted him.
Fair do's I seen one stating "Number 1 forward target and are now prepared to look at other names on their list" and of course now I can't find the ****er and he was wearing what looks like the same t-shirt. I hope you paid particular note to him saying the club have found this transfer deal difficult, protracted and frustrating despite the framework being agreed over 2 weeks ago.
It doesn’t this kid is just frustrating me as I’m sick of hearing about him. I hope he ****ing flops and struggles to sign for Grimsby this time next year
If he doesn't want to come it's just a personal choice mate.. We'll get someone else and he'll go his way.. Maybe he'll regret it maybe he won't, but we won't give a sh#t.
That's more like it if you ask me. We know he can do it in the prem. Everyone is getting their right knickers in a twist about this Ekikitkat deal
The only people getting their knickers in a twist are the fans with no resolve and that think they know better than the clubs staff. If it wax left to them we wouldn't have Botman either because they were very vocal in saying it's time to walk away on both. They've got 1 and defeated ac Milan thanks to something called resolve. 18 months tought some nothing. Nufc don't quit... If Ekitike goes to PSG it won't be because newcastle just gave up or because he's a bad player.
I wouldn’t go as far as very strong. We would need another quality right side centre back four it to be very strong with Burn and Schar as back ups
Our new owners have demonstrated strong pertinacity, strength and sagacity, so I still think it'll happen
