I'm impressed by that and it has changed my opinion of the transfer window. I hadn't considered the injuries meant we needed so many players that sales to fund were inevitable. Someone should buy him a golden bridge for his birthday and we should all meet in the middle to get back to being friends. It takes two to tango.

Yep, agreed. It's one of the things I've always struggled to understand, even going back to the name change, nothing they've done that has angered the fans has NEEDED to be done. The only thing I could possibly think would be Airco to secure the Academy status (which I remember at the time some on here shrugged and said these things sometimes needed to be done). Everything else has been out of stubbornness or anger, not rationality. So there is so much scope to repair things without them being actually costly or damaging to the club.
