They have shown themselves to be utterly unsuited to running a business in the sports/leisure sector, as they see customers as suppliers: to be screwed into the ground financially, treated with contempt, belittled, their opinions as long term customers dismissed as worthless. Their repetitive bungling, avarice, failure to learn from their mistakes and complete inability to construct positive relationships with almost every stakeholder merely confirms this. They are beyond redemption. Actions needed: sell the club, show some benevolence instead of the usual malice and vindictiveness, and leave quietly, closing the door behind them, and allow the club to regenerate under the guidance of competent and decent owners.
This is all right.if course there are other issues including the concessions.but I agree it would be so nice to let them get on with running the club and us supporting and backing the team.it wouldnt take much for him to mend this.we can't argue that the money has been reinvested.
