Mick's main comment on the alleged benefits of this January signing concerned the player's versatility - the fact that he can play in a number of positions. I wonder why it has not yet occurred to Mick that he already has a squad of players most of whom who can play in a variety of positions (many of which Mick has tried them in) but who cannot play well enough, by Premiership standards, in any of them! Now we are about to have yet another, apparently.
