That's a horse **** excuse they need calling out on.

They can't share their plans as they haven't ****ing agreed them between themselves yet!

The idea that there's going to be some poker face double bluffing in Brussels, when they know exactly what we want already, is absolute bollocks.

This is the biggest negative issue of a Brexit IMO. I'd rather stay in Europe and be governed by a non elected government than become a country where rascism and cultural ignorance is accepted <ok>

Why do I have to keep saying this? The EU parliament is not an unelected body.
This is as bad as Boris peddling a lie to bolster an argument.

Your replying this to me as if I have a problem with immigration. I don't.

The case of India is an interesting one, we've been pushing the EU to do a deal with India for almost 10 years and talks have completely stalled. I expect India is one of the deals we would get done far quicker than the EU.

Can i just ask one thing
Please keep this civil obviously there will be differing opinions but can we try to not let it slide into the pointless abuse thrown out on the the Euro debate thread on the PL board.

just as an aside if May didnt want to show her hand prior to negotiations why did she waste our biggest bargaining chip which was when we trigger A50

Scotland aren't going anywhere, it's not economically viable for them to leave the UK. A large portion of the plan last time around was based on firstly Scotland getting all of the oil in a breakup and secondly oil remaining a steady and high priced market, since then we have seen huge volatility and massive price drops. The economic plan they had simply doesn't work anymore.

On top of that its highly unlikely Scotland would get into the EU upon re-applying from outside of the U.K.

But if they do I'm entitled to a Scottish passport so I keep my freedom of movement <whistle>

If we get the deal done with the EU first, which technically we have to as we can't get trade deals in place with other countries until we leave the EU, then the world won't be able to rinse us on deals. If we have a deal with full access to the single market then nothing much will have changed from now except the ability to do deals around the world, we won't be in a desperate position to get deals done, just in a position where we can pursue other deals. We will be in a strong position as long as the right deal is done with the EU.

@KENNY_KLOPP_KING There's less than 150,000 directly employed in the fishing industry in Europe

Those are the facts, feel free to disprove them with actual sources as opposed to ****e assumption, misplaced patronising and meaningless hyperbole

I think it's a bit of both tbh.

Within the Tory party there's different ideas about what we are trying to achieve so they don't have a public cohesive view. But it also makes no sense to show our hand prior to the negotiations.
