I used to think he was a reasonably insightful co commentator until today. Just watching the match and honestly he's got more waffle than an ice cream van.

Verbal diarrhoea on a major scale with a PhD in stating the bleeding obvious.

That's the exact qualification you need to be a commentator, exactly! That's why he's there. But he does get on my tits an' all.

oh well, just believing his own hype I suppose, on Foxtel in Aus the best co commentators I've heard are Brad Friedel and Tony Gale. Clive Allen isn't too bad, pretty sycophantic though.
