I do as well but PSG (as they do) over paid. He's not proven himself to be a striker worth 55 million. Makes it difficult for him to move on now unless PSG will take a loss.
I think he would suit you lot more than Costa, you're right though I can't see PSG letting him go on the cheap.
Not sure he has the same work rate and aggression that Costa brings so not sure he'd suit Jose's Chelsea more but I think he's better than a lot of people give him credit for. He scored a fair few goals last season despite being out of position. To many people judge players on the odd game they watch on TV. It wasn't long ago many arm chair fans didn't rate Ibrahimovic due to a few average performances in the C.L, where as now he is seen as a top 10 player in the world, if not top 5.
People who underrate Costa are going by his World Cup and games against us in the CL. Costa was by far the best available striker for us who wasn't going to break the bank imo. He won't only score goals, he'll lay them off for the other players too.
Exactly. If he didn't have the buy out he'd have cost upwards of 50 million. At 32 million its a very good calculated risk. Especially when you think Man U paid similar for an 18 year left back from Southampton!! He'll suit our system perfectly. Too often Torres has been bullied playing up on his own by defenders, Costa wont have that.
