you literally read nothing properly do you? he apologised to the kid but still maintained that he didn't kick him and went for the ball. in my opinion the lad faked injury and was a total and utter cock.

THat's all obviouse, especially the bit about him being a cock but unfortuantely Hazard should have known better than to react like he did. He should have let the officials deal with it and add the time on. That said, if that was again United I'd have been furious at the twat (the ballboy not the other twat).

you know you live a sheltered existence when you're hanging round a rep thread begging for rep!

heat of the moment though, players always go to retrieve the ball from ballboys these days and it's their job to give the ****ing thing straight back! I can accept people saying Hazard was in the wrong but people calling it 'assault' and 'kicking minors' is absolutely outrageous.

Yeah that's true, it definitely wasn't assault even though it shouldn't have been done but I do wonder what the media and fan reaction would be if it was a United player that did it. That's in no way directed at you btw.

A 3 match ban to go with the straight red should suffice imo.

They're bound to, and quite right.

He kicked a ball boy, he says accident I think deliberate so it'll be down to the FA to decide.

As I said last night, additional couple of games to his ban and move on, why the **** are people going bananas? I know there WOULD be outrage had a United player done it but there you go, what can you do?

I also think that just because he later found out the kid is a twat and 17 does not make it ok. He COULD have been a 13 year old lad with learning difficulties? Would it still have been ok? No, would it ****. He deserves a punishment of sorts or else this will be deemed acceptable bahaviour.

that's IF he did do it on purpose which I highly doubt, you'd have to be a moronic cretin of the highest order to boot a ball boy on purpose. game into disrepute and he'll 100% be punished no matter if it was accidental or on purpose.

It looks very deliberate from a certain angle. Like I said, the FA will decide that and if he can convince them he was meaning to kick the ball then good luck to him.

I don't belive that, that is just my opinion, but I believe he meant to give the little ****er a kick in the ribs.

angles are deceiving, because the picture I posted totally backs my point up and I'm sure you could find one that looks deliberate! If it were me in Hazard's position, I'd have thrown the little ****er off the ball.

I actually think he does go for the ball, but in the same way a dirty defender goes for the ball, they hope to get something on the ball but are almost certain to take the man (or boy) in the process.
