Apart from the brilliant pass to Murphy which was finished off by Fraser, did Chris Wood contribute much else in the game?
First half performance was good, 2nd half was poor but don't think we ever really controlled that game. We stopped trying to press them in 2nd half and more or less let them have the midfield. Howe recognised that but left the substitutions a bit late. Fraser was out on his feet from about 10mins of the 2nd half and I thought should have been changed earlier. I would have actually brought Guimares on first as I don't think St Maximin helps when we are being overrun in midfield. Actually think both of them should start against Southampton. I would swap out Shelvey for Bruno and Murphy for St Maximin.
According to SofaScore, Shelvey failed to make a single tackle or interception against his opponents, lost all of his aerial and ground duels over the 90 minutes and was dribbled past twice during the game. So basically he did nothing.

tbh I didn't see the whole of it because I was out with a group of mates somewhere else. I planned it a while back and completely forgot about the match. But from what I saw I thought fraser was orgasmic again.
