That's what I don't get. Maybe Gerrard just didn't think that he was useful enough, but it's clearly our gain.
He wanted Digne and didn’t take into account he already had a very good left back.

Our gain. Targett said in an interview he wanted to win best trainer of the month.

That’s the kind of player you want at your club.

Willock’s goal - on here - was instant and joyful….. I just saw it for the first time and it made me remember all those slightly-****ed-up-orgasms…. you know, the ones where she (or he, I’m not a monster) says “look, let’s stop, we need to talk”, or thinks you need her to stop cupping and start rearranging the pillow, or suddenly says she’s got a cramp/got a bit sensitive, or the kids cry out cos they’re locked in the loo….

It’s nice, but it’s not how the build up made you think it would be.

take the point with open arms though

Yes, but we were watching it in real time and didn't already know the result, so our emotions were heightened, whereas you already knew the outcome, so were less impressed.

Or, to compare to your own analogy, we were having actual sex, while you were just jerking off to a video of someone else having sex. Of course we enjoyed it more. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Fair enough, that must be pretty tough. Especially if it's like the local radio station, with a limited playlist on repeat and those terrible local adverts.

It was a good point but poor from Eddie to play Krafth.

We win that game without playing a Clark like player giving stupid fouls away imo.

Don't get me wrong i'm in Eddie i trust but ffs, just don't play that useless ****.

I don't agree.

Changing formation would have seen him not in the side, no other player makes a daft foul like that, it cost us a goal, West Ham offered no threat in open play.

But the formation is working so it'd be silly to change it for 1 player. We should still have won despite his brainfart
