If you knew nothing about football and listened to Bruce for 0 seconds then howe for 10 seconds you'd know who was more capable.

"It has been absolutely incredible. I am not on social media so not fully sampled what people have said but the level of excitement and respect shown to me and level of interest in the players and the teams and the club is a new experience for me and one I will relish and buy into.
"I will treat the club as if it was my own family and do the best for the supporters."

Keith Downie is such a ****ing disgrace at times...i'm sure his ****y bosses at Sky asked him to make sure he got that one in !!

Sounds like he has taken his time out of the game and used that very well. I think we are getting a very different Eddie Howe to the one that left Bournemouth 18 months ago. Time will tell I guess as to whether all of his investment in whatever he has been off doing was worthwhile but he seems very confident that he has learned a lot and can bring a lot of new things to his new role.

The man came across as such a kind and dedicated guy. To say that he wants to treat the club like his own family - who are coming up to live up here as well - speaks volumes of the kind of boss we've got. He feels that his knowledge and effectiveness as a coach is better than its ever been thanks to his hard reset. He used Shearer's phase also, in that he now feels energised.
