Ridiculous, you appoint the guy who think is the best for the job, then give him no time whatsoever to do it. You pay him a high salary, and end up paying him even after you have sacked him. You never ask the question, "why are all these highly qualified and motivated people failing?" without questioning if you are employing the right people and/or giving them the time and tools to succeed.
