If he were from Bolton he'd be a scum fan. Of course not every single one of our fans will feel an affiliation to Yorkshire, and we have a few posters on our board who support Ireland or Scotland nationally, but the vast majority of our supporters still come from North/West Yorkshire.
I don't get this 'scum' thing that Leeds have for Man U. You're not on the same football planet. It's wishful thinking on the part of Leeds fans.
To be fair, I know some Manc season ticket holders and they still hate Leeds with a passion. Quite understandable really.
I tend to find the plastic ManUre fans don't really know about the rivalry, but the proper season ticket holding types consider the rivalry right up with Liverpool and City. Unfortunately I never really get to engage with the rivalry because I only ever encounter the glory supporters who also support Celtic and Barcelona etc.
There are 2 kinds of rivalry, competing for the same things (as ourselves and Manchester United did not long ago) and traditional mutual hatred (as the rivalry lives on for now).
It's probably the same as if we got Grimsby in the FA Cup, more recent fans would just see it as a **** tie, for some of us oldies, it would bring back a few fond memories. ****ing codheads.
Actually, we competed for the same things with Manchester United more recently than you. Your recent rivals have been Huddersfield. West Yorkshire club, glory days long gone etc More history than you also. Been going since 1908.
Anyway, before it went boringly off track, Milliband, in the words of the prophet I never got the hang of these decimal MP's, I was brought up with Foot. Wednesday's Prime ministers questions have me in stitches. He's got all week and a team of experts to help him to prepare and he still get arse raped every week by Cameron. What a sorry state if he's the best an opposition can muster.
No you were in the same league, you have never actually competed for the same things. And being a club for 11 more years doesn't mean anything when you've done **** all for any of your history.
I will join my Hull brethren in declaring that Ed Milliband is a **** stain on the underwear of society.
Actually, our first Premier League game at Old Trafford was one of the games of the season. What I can remember of it.
Please explain what a bellend is I'm too old to know or I've forgotten. If its what I think it is I agree with your Bellends, but can I include Burnsie?.
