Yep, eBay is a horrible place to sell as they do next to little to protect the sellers. If you can sell via your own website the chances are you will get nearly no problems, it is like eBay manages to attract all the low life vermin who are only looking to get something for nothing and expect it delivered the day before they order it, and feel it is ok to blame via your feedback you for the slightest thing that may be wrong with the service provided by Royal Mail and eBay think that is ok because it is the opinion of the buyer! No, no...that's enough....just don't get me started.........
