Aye, maybe worth another try some time.

Food is a solid 7/10 for me.

Atmosphere 8/10...

On another note, anyone tried the Persian?

I've heard the food is spot on.

Remember watching a programme a few years ago that was singing the praises of Persian food. Claiming it would be bigger than Indian food.

 

Bloody hell - quite a selection. Reminds me of a bar chain (The California Brewhouse) we used to go to in Rochester, NY, on our football tournament trips in the late 70's, early 80's.
The place stocked somewhere near 150 kinds of beer (draft and bottled). It was the drinking hole of one of the local bike gangs. There were usually about 40 of us (3 teams) going in there at the same time...never any trouble. Great music and the bikers were very hospitable. Happy memories, but never ask me to recall any specifics I've still got a T-shirt they sold in the bar - doubt it'll fit me now.

Edit: Just found the T-shirt. **** me - the place stocked 250 brands of bottled beer and 27 on tap. No wonder I recall very little of the trips !

 

This place is just row upon row of bottled beer. Bit beer geeky really.

Been drinking Estrella Galicia 1906. Spot on. Also if anyone's going to Los cristianos in Tenerife go to the pizza social club. Very socialable and very pizzaable

I quite liked that when I was in Majorca.
I think I might have to talk our lass into going to Tenerife to try some more with the Pizza.

 

Bloody hell - Tenerife brings back other ancient memories. Tried driving up the narrow winding road to the top of Mt Teide and a fog appeared out of nowhere halfway up.
The misses and the lad (5 years old at the time) were in the car & I had to ask 'em out so that they could help me do a 3 point turn so we could drive back down to safety . There was a sheer drop over the edge - never been so scared in my bloody life. The lad was laughing his frigging head off all the way through it.
Little bastard.

Had shoot the bull burger and chips. Chips are excellent. Burger was nowt special for all the hand reared breast fed bollocks
