Ok there was no need for the dumbass remark. I was just trying to share my opinion but I wouldn't have bothered if this is what I get met with.
He sounds a lot more interesting than someone who cited TV as the reason they would rather have sight than sound.

What would you do if you lost you're hearing then? not once have I said all I would do is watch TV. Stop being a prick.
If I lost my hearing I would be deaf. I already know sign language so I could communicate but I would miss music, Radio and the sound of your bird squealing terribly.
Football would be much worse if you were blind than it would be if you were deaf. That, TV, video games and not being able to see my kids growing up swings it for me. Though I suppose I wouldn't have to see my wife grow old and wrinkly, so every cloud and all that.
