Yeah but I doubt rafa would take that job after what just happened to him. Burnley can and will grind our a few results and they're a good group
Our long term aims don’t involve Everton. However, I will most certainly chuckle at Everton being relegated
Everton are trying to do the same thing and will be of far more inconvenience than Burnley ever will.
Wow Heed, that really is a strong word to use, I mean we usually try to refrain from making any references to "Everton" on this forum.
Hello mate, it's good to see you back as well. I couldn't help myself, but, I'd been talking with Dorty how much we hated them. It just came over is, and I used the word. I asked one of the nurses if she'd give me a slap as penance, but she wouldn't play game. Was a bit put out, considering it's her whip, and I thought a little bit of pain wouldn't go amiss. Bitch...
Sounds like youve been through it a bit Heed, hope all is well mate. I was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago, but all seems fine now. Treatment seems to have worked well, so all good. Lucky I guess.
I'm pleased that your treatment went well and hopefully it's gone for good. I might have had plenty of little mishaps along the way, but, thankfully cancer is one I've avoided. I'll readily admit though, last year was the first time I've been spooked, but, I have bouncability and the missus looks after me to be fair. Looking on the positive side, I got off the meat grinder and retiring was the best thing I've done. I'll get over this, I always do, and be sitting in the sun in a few weeks time. Well, Ive just had a mini Sunday Dinner and Ice Cream, so now I can get ready for the match. Small portions, but, better than nothing.
They aren't outta the woods yet and could very well still go down. The decision to sack Dyche and not have an immediate replacement lined up could still come back and bite them on the arse !
Tbh I thought they'd stay up before the sacking.. They always had games in hand.. Upto 5 and they had an easy run in. However I'll make sure I was right by saying Burnley will get relegated.
Right now I think that the caretaker manager has basically just gotten them up for games more, so it looks as if Dyche may not have been liked in the dressing room because if he couldn't get his players up for games but this new guy can, then what does that say? They need a new manager for next year though.
