    Supposed it was going to happen - but I was hoping for better news. I have to say that I will hold SD in the highest esteem and we will be there on my list of very good Watford managers and that list has not got a lot of ink on it!

    agree with that w_y, very sad day. I too was hoping for better news. I guess now it won't be long before it's confirmed that Zola is taking his place...a great shame imho.

    Seems unlikely in the circumstances, but any chance of Dyche being in the legend's team next month? That would be a touch of class on all sides.
