if someone is giving you a lift get onto the a1 take Dunston turn off (i'm guessing you'll come from the north) turn left follow that road past the park on your right you'll pass a garage (on left) then just past garage is a sharp left bend and just round that bend on your left is the ground.it's one road once you come of the A1 turn left if you come from the north and right from the south as for buses and the like haven't got a clue but as it's near the metro centre you could get to there and it's a short walk from there shouldn't be hard to find as it's right near the factories and stuff (coach parking etc.) next to the metro centre (nearest quadrant blue/ bus stop) it's all one road so quite easy to find.
I've got the day off but also a headache. Spartans and Toon are both playing at home this saturday! I was going to turn up with my Bay scarf but I think I'll have to give it a miss. Might pop down sometime when the others have away days.

From one cup disappointment to two cup celebrations Dunston uts reached the durham cup final the other day drawing 1-1 with Spennymoor and going through on pens 3-2 the second was the 1-0 win over Team Northumbria two days earlier in the NL cup (next round Shildon AFC away) so no we didn't do it in the big one but there's definitely no need to feel down please log in to view this image Dunston UTS went thru to the Final of the Durham Challenge Cup tonight after beaten Spennymoor 3-2 on penalties the game ended in a one all draw. Andrew Bulford put Dunston in front on the seventy third minute only for Spennymoor to equalise eleven minutes later. With no goals in extra time penalties soon came. Spennymoor netted their first as did Dunston thru captain Ben Cattanach, Spennymoor went on to miss their next two as did Dunston, with two shots left apiece Spennymoor only managed to score one with O'Connell saving the last, Dunston put away their remaining two to go thru to the Final on Good Friday 22nd April at Eppleton CW next up Gateshead Reserves in the final come on the fed
