Sending it to the wrong place is a bit amateur though. Surely people employed at the club should be conversant with the rules and regulations.

Of course it could be that Dundee gave us the wrong account details.

 

So the club assumed it went to the PL as all domestic transfers do. Scottish football is classed as European so it has to go to the FA. End of story

They thought Scotland football is classed as domestic (I can see their point) so they sent the money through that channel.
It is however classed as European so should have been paid through that channel.
