Should have left the skin on the corn, cooks better and serves better. The chicken looks good though. BBQ corn is everywhere in Jamaica and I've never had one without the skin on it. Rookie error.
Rookie error by you mate expecting Dunc to know anything about what goes on in a country full of dark people
I bought them at a supermarket without the green bits. If you cook them on a lower temp they are still good ,If you do them on a higher heat then yep they burn without the green skin plus it steams them .
