Used to drive me ****ing nuts on a Saturday or Monday morning when everyone was at full stretch already then the phone went in my office... I uses to phone one bloke at least three times every Monday morning, to stop him rolling back into his pit after a weekend on the piss.

I am in touch with the Union ( They were at the appeal ) . Your latter comment is SO true . If I wanted to take it further , I had to make it personal with the Level 2 . I know him . He is a nasty piece of work , we were told something had happened in his personal life that changed his outlook . IMHO a Leopard never changes it's spots . If I went up against him , win or lose I would be a marked man . Don't need that **** !

I used to be a Union rep and had hours of investigations . At the time you could walk to Holborn and register your own tribunal for about £40 If your case was strong enough , since them it's much harder to trigger a tribunal and you need to be working over 2 years . You need to either. Have the backing of the Union solicitors,I was Unite. Pay your own legal fees that can be very costly
Is 19th December the date of the investigation/disciplinary or when the last warning expires ? If you are not Ill but can't convince yourself to work for a whole month then you don't want to work . You should look for another job that you don't mind going to.
DD . I am in the union , always have been. 19th December is the last day of my 6 month fww period . I have been on a fww for nearly 6 months , not 1 ffs . I DO want to work .
If only you hadn't survived when you hit that tree a lot of stress would have been avoided. Life can be so cruel.
