Hull aren't top because they have Nick Proschwitz.

lol we are top through a number of things....hard work, good management, good scouting, playing more attacking football, more compact at the back, Wes Morgan has been a rock, Danny Drinkwater has been outstnding in midfield and Andy King is getting back to his best too (still only 23 yrs old!!!) Knockaert has been a real find a a real bonus, but not in a million years is he the reason we are top. We are a real TEAM now! and I'm loving it!

    Charles chatting **** again

You havent seen us play at all this season except maybe the games on tv so dont come out with crap like that

The reason we are doing so well is because Nugent, Vardy, Knockaert, King, Drinkwater, Morgan, Konchesky, De Laet and Schmeichel have been class in nearly every game. Its a team game not 1 man

The midfield is the key for me. Last season we relied on two players that had served us so well in the past, King and Wellens. They were both awful. I said pre-season that the form of King this year would be the making or breaking of us, and I think he's done very well. Drinkwater is a vast improvement on Wellens too. We also had no width whatsoever at the start of last season. Knockaert and Marshall, joining Dyer, allow us to attack for both flanks.

Morgan too as been a fantastic signing as well, and Vardy offers us the work rate Beckford never did. So improvements everywhere, but the midfield is light years better.

We won. Full stop. It was our worst performance of the season and Brighton were still inferior. If you really think they are better than all but five other sides in this league then you are clueless my friend. <ok>

If you get rid of the 'from a club' part, you will be completely correct. And if you add has never even managed in the Premier League

Your assertion was that neither Brighton, nor Leeds, will anywhere near top six this season.

We'll find out in April who's clueless.

Anyone fancy supporting Gangsta in his assertion?

"Partly, but also it's because we stole our Manager has never even managed in the Premier League who've never won a major trophy".

    Makes no sense, teacher.

    I do.

Leeds have been poor and although I couldn't make it to yesterdays game, I've been told that Brighton didn't create a single chance (if you don't class a penalty as creating a chance (which you shouldn't)).

There are 6 better sides in this division.

Since I said that, both have dropped out of the top six. They may both flirt with the play-off zone again, but I don't think either will finish in it.

I don't care if no-one back my prediction to be honest. Everyone has their own beliefs, and I leave it to morons like yourself to criticise other's forecasts in what is one of the least predictable leagues in the world. My record is usually pretty good. I got four from the top six last year. One of those I predicted that didn't make it finished 7th and all finished in the top 9 places.

I actually think even Hull are better than Brighton and Leeds.

Apart from the pen, the only other chance Brighton had was a counter attack after Knockaert tried one flash move too many. Other than that, they had a lot of possession but didnt look very threatening. If Brighton want to challenge for promotion/top 6, then they will have to be active in the loan market or January transfer window. Their team from last nights game is simply not good enough. Leeds could finish anywhere in the table apart from top 2. Wouldnt be surprised if they finish 8th to 12th though. Dont think they have a deep enough squad to maintain consistency. Cant see uncle ken dipping in his pocket too much for further wages or transfer fees. Injuries/suspensions can really hurt them.
As for us - aint got a clue, but enjoying the ride and happy where we are.

For what it's worth as a Hull City supporter just giving my opinion I would not be surprised to see Leicester City stay in the top 3 all season ...

I also think we will make the top 6 .

Let's not forget, Leeds started very well last season, hence their ubiquitous presence on our forum. They finished 14th.

From what I have seen they have a chance of a top 6 place as do half the clubs in this league .

Course Your fans have seen Brighton more recently ..

They didn't have the king of promotions in charge last season.

He might be a twat, but he as an uncanny knack for taking teams up.
